- Tuesday 5.15 - 7.00am & 6.30 - 8.40pm
- Wednesday 6.30 - 9.00pm
- Thursday 6.30 - 8.40pm
- Friday 5.15 - 7.00am & 6.30 - 8.40pm
- Saturday 6.00 - 8.15am
Land Training Times:
- Wednesday - Home Land Training, 1 hour
- Saturday - Club Land Training 8.30 - 9.30am
- Sunday - Home Land Training, 1 hour

- Speedo Elite Pullbuoy
- Band
- Sponge
- Kickboard
- Snorkel (Finis)
- Drag Shorts
- Fins
- Milton baby sterilising tablets (to sterilise snorkels, weekly)
- Nightshift recovery drink
- Drink Bottle - 1L (Minimum)
