Annual Club Membership The Annual Club Membership runs from 1st April and is currently;
Any swimmer joining after 1st October will pay a half year membership fee. Forms will be given out by Coaches from end of February each year. Forms should be returned by 31st March with the correct fee. The club do not accept cash payments so cheques only please. The club is a non-profit making organisation, and monthly fees are charged to ensure successful running of the club.
A monthly standing order form should be obtained from the club on joining or can be obtained by e-mailing admin@newburnasc.co.uk. Note: Families with more than one swimmer will receive a 10% discount on their monthly swim fees. For families with 3 or more swimmers a maximum fee of £100 will apply.
In addition to the above club fees swimmers must also register with the ASA in order to personally insure them, whilst swimming. Renewal notification will sent out from the club during February/March each year. If you need to discuss any issues with the ASA fee please ask for Karyn Ellis (ASA Secretary) or e-mail admin@newburnasc.co.uk The annual Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) registration is currently £22.90 for competitive swimmers and £6.75 for non competitive swimmers or children aged 8 years and under between January to December. All ASA fees are forwarded directly to the ASA by the club. ASA registration cards will then be issued to each swimmer with their individual number attached. This number is necessary to access British Swimming Rankings, etc. Please keep this card safe as these are issued only once on initial application. In the event that swimmers are linked to more than one club then dual registration forms must also be completed which are available from Karyn Ellis. |
